I personally love this quote because it says so much but so little. Its important to stay humble through your journey. I use this as a reminder to not talk the talk but to walk the walk. Im currently doing weight watchers and trying to create a more healthy lifestyle and at times it can be hard because I dont have anyone doing it with me. Friends and family are supportive and most say "good for you" or "im happy for you keep it up" which is nice dont get me wrong but there is usually not much more to talk about after that. So letting my workings remain a mystery and showing the results works for me.
